i put both programs (flexi 8 and production manager) in the exceptions list on my avg antivirus list so it wouldn't have any conflicts and that didn't work either. i tried plugging the plotter in different usb ports but also no help.

I've tried to uninstall and install flexi and servo cutter drivers but that doesn't work. it seems the problem is with flexi communicating with the production manager because it also sends messages saying flex cannot communicate with production manager even when i check and it is pluged in and on the list of hardware installed. always an error with the production manager, never with the flexi 8 program.
then i try to send a job to the cutter again and it all starts all over again. I put ok on this and then i get a message saying that production manager has encountered a problem and must shut down. all is well with the program until i want to cut, when i press send to the cutter i get two errors.įirst it automatically opens up the production manager but stays on 0% cutting and never moves on from that.Įrror 1: pops up right when the production manager opens up and says "error: load library Fscut.dll" when i press ok on this another error pops upĮrror 2: handle of open usb device equals null. i've installed it to a desktop computer with winxp sp2.
